Terms of use

1. The service

RBXTCG is a free-to-play trading card game: each card represents a Roblox game. You open boosters with free charges and gems earned by playing. You can also buy gems (see the terms of sale), but you don't need to in order to play. The site shows no advertising. A trial booster can be opened without an account.

RBXTCG is an independent project, not affiliated with Roblox Corporation; the games belong to their creators.

2. Your account

• One account per person and per device.
• You choose an appropriate username: not your real name, nothing insulting, hateful or sexual, and no impersonating someone else.
• You keep your password to yourself. Don't give it to anyone, even someone who says they're part of the team.
• Your account is personal: it can't be lent, given away or sold.

3. Under 15

The site is open to all ages. If you're under 15, you must have the agreement of a parent (or your legal guardian) to create an account, and you declare it when signing up. Your parent can ask us at any time to view or delete your account: contact@rbxtcg.com.

4. Virtual currency and cards

• Gems, charges and cards are game items. They have no real-money value: they can't be bought, withdrawn or refunded, and they can't be converted into anything outside the site.
• It is forbidden to sell, buy or trade for real money (or for Robux, items from another game, gift cards, etc.) cards, gems or an account.
• You have the right to use your cards in the game; they give you no rights over the Roblox games they represent. Each copy has a unique number.
• A card's rarity follows the game's real popularity: it can go up, it never goes down.
• Purchased gems follow the same rules: no real-money value, no resale and no trading for money. Buying them is governed by the terms of sale.

5. Fair pulls

• The same rates apply to all players. No card is reserved, held back or "planted" for a player, and nobody pays for better odds.
• The exact odds are public on the Drop rates page, generated from the settings actually in use. A Legendary card or better is guaranteed by free booster #30 at the latest (#20 with gems).
• Pulls are made by the server, with a cryptographic random number generator, and every opening is recorded.

6. Trades between players

When trades and the market are open:

• A trade accepted by both players is final: it can't be cancelled afterwards.
• Safeguards protect players: minimum account age, daily caps on offers and trades, controlled prices on the market, stricter limits for new accounts or accounts linked to the same device.
• Messages between players are preset phrases; there is no free chat.
• Be wary of anyone offering you a trade "outside the site" or for something real: it's forbidden and it's often a scam. Report them.

7. What's forbidden

• Creating several accounts, or accounts to feed another one (account farms, gifts going round in circles).
• Using bots, scripts or any automated means to play, open boosters or trade.
• Exploiting a bug instead of reporting it; getting around the limits, the captcha or the site's protections.
• Trying to access another player's account or the site's systems.
• Any real-money trading linked to the game (see §4).

8. Sanctions

If these rules aren't followed, an account can be warned, frozen for a while or banned, and cards or currencies obtained improperly can be removed. The reason is visible in your account. You can appeal a sanction by writing to contact@rbxtcg.com; a person reviews the decision.

9. Changes to the game

We may change the game (new boosters, settings, features). Any change to the rates shows up on the Drop rates page as soon as it applies, and applies to all players at the same time. We may remove a game from new boosters (for example at its creator's request or if it disappears from Roblox). If these terms change significantly, we'll let you know on the site.

10. Liability

The site is provided free of charge, as is. We do our best to keep it available and error-free, but it may be interrupted (maintenance, outage, heavy traffic). Information about games comes from Roblox's public data and may be inaccurate or out of date.

11. Ending use

You can stop whenever you want and delete your account from your account. Deletion is permanent: cards and gems are lost. We may close an account in case of a serious breach (§8), or if the site closes; in that case we'll give advance notice on the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If there's a disagreement, write to us first: we'll look for an amicable solution. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you.
