General terms of sale

Seller

Gems are sold by NITO LTD, a company under English law (private limited company), with its registered office at 1 Poulton Close, Dover, Kent CT17 0HL, Royaume-Uni, registered at Companies House under number 14469375. Contact: contact@rbxtcg.com.

What you're buying

• Gems: a virtual currency usable only on RBXTCG, to open boosters (one booster costs 100 gems).
• What's in a booster is drawn at random, with the same rates for all players. The exact odds are published on the Drop rates page. A Legendary card or better is guaranteed by booster number 20 opened with gems at the latest.
• Gems and cards have no real-money value. They can't be resold, traded for money, converted or transferred outside the game. Purchased gems are spent just like gems earned by playing.
• No purchase is needed to play: free boosters and gems earned by playing are still available.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, on the Shop page before payment. They may change, but the price applied is always the one shown when you place your order.

Payment

Payment is made on a secure Stripe page (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), by bank card or another method offered by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. The order is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment.

Delivery

Gems are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. If they haven't arrived after an hour, write to us at contact@rbxtcg.com.

Right of withdrawal

Gems are digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, you expressly ask for this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the gems are added to your account (required checkbox). This is what European law and UK law provide for digital content.

Refunds and disputes

• A mistake on our side (gems not delivered, double payment): we deliver the gems or refund you.
• In case of a refund or a bank dispute (chargeback), the matching gems are removed from your account. If you've already spent them, your gem balance is reset to zero, the remainder is recorded and your account may be reviewed; purchases are suspended until the situation is resolved.
• If the service shuts down for good, we'll let you know at least 30 days in advance; purchased gems not yet spent can be refunded on request.
• Sanctions set out in the terms of use (cheating, multiple accounts, real-money trading) can lead to losing gems, including purchased ones.

Minors

A minor must have their parents' (or legal guardian's) permission before buying anything. If a minor paid without permission, their parent can write to us at contact@rbxtcg.com.

Complaints and governing law

For any complaint, write to us at contact@rbxtcg.com: we reply within 30 days. These terms are governed by English law; if you're a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
